Logistics Town "LOGIPORT TOWN"
The largest multi-tenant logistics facility in the Tokai area, planned in the city, aimed to create a logistics hub that connects the community and its people, as if it were part of the town.
This facility is based on the concept of a "LOGIPORT TOWN"
We aimed to harmonize with the local community by opening the area surrounding the site as a green space that can be freely used by anyone.
Each area was assigned a function such as walking, liveliness, and rest based on its relationship with the surrounding area, and each was designed around the theme of the elements that make up a "town": stations, main streets, and parks.
The use of latent natural vegetation for planting also contributes to the biodiversity of the area.
物流のまち「LOGIPORT TOWN」
街中に計画された、東海エリア最大のマルチテナント型物流施設は、
地域と人々をつなぐ、まるで町の一部のような物流拠点を実現することを目指しました。
この施設は「LOGIPORT TOWN」というコンセプトとし、
敷地周囲を誰でも自由に使える緑地として開放することで、地域社会への調和を目指しました。
各エリアには周辺との関係から歩行・賑わい・休憩などの機能を割り当て、それぞれに「まち」を構成する要素である駅・大通り・公園などをテーマとしてデザインしました。
植栽には潜在自然植生を用いたことで、地域の生物多様性にも貢献しています。
