The space and CI design for the new store building and office to follow the rental condominium designed the previous year.The opening of a community-based real estate agent in front of the station with strong local ties encourages genuine and friendly communication with renters as well as lenders.The good vibes of Ogikubo can be perceived by the staff and clients gathered together around a big table and café counter with local information and town related books providing information on attractive local lifestyles and people which cannot be attained online.The façade covered with wooden louvers became a new landmark of the west entrance of Ogikubo Station.
大きなテーブルに集う
昨年の賃貸マンションデザインに続く、不動産新店舗兼オフィスの空間とCIデザイン。貸し手との強い絆をもつ地域密着型不動産会社が駅前に出店することにより、貸し手に加え、借り手とのリアルでフレンドリーなコミュニケーションを促す。大きなテーブルと地域情報・関連書籍を楽しめるカフェカウンターにスタッフと顧客が共に集い、インターネットによる検索では得られない荻窪でのライフスタイル、人と街の魅力が感じられる。ファサードは木ルーバーで覆われ、荻窪駅西口の新しいランドマークとなった。
