Climbing a big tree
The design for a rental office for the joint project between Shimizu Corporation and Mitsui Fudosan. In response to the concept word "big tree" for the architecture, the keywords "forest floor" for landscape, and “tree climbing” for the interior corresponded.The workplace desired by companies nowadays is not just of a place for theory, but where the five senses are put in full use, and a place where you are given a new view (perspective) like the top of a tree. In this plan, we aimed to meet those needs in creating a creative space that is functional yet playful and physical, free from conventional notions.
大樹に登る
清水建設と三井不動産との共同事業による賃貸オフィスのデザイン。建築の「大樹」というコンセプトワードを受け、ランドスケープは「林床」インテリアは「木登り」と、キーワードをつなげた。今、企業が望むワークプレイスは、理論だけでなく五感をフル活用し、樹上のように新しい見晴し（視点）が得られる場であり、本計画では、そうしたニーズに応えるよう、機能的でありながら既成概念に縛られない遊び心と身体性を伴った挑戦と創造の場を目指した。
