Office in Forest Park This new office building was built in the Yokohama MM21 district, which has been well-evolved into a rich area with a mixture of commercial, office, and residential functions. As a living area for such diverse people, we tried to make a place full of creative and joyful happenings. Instead of a value as an "office entrance", a value as an "office in a park" was established. The dry foundation of landfill was transformed into "Forest Park" with a moist wind, stimulating people's activities. The wind and scenery in each season provide various discoveries and relaxation for people from old to young.
Forest Park 公園の中にあるオフィス 横浜MM21地区に新築されるオフィスビル。この地区は開発が進み、商業・オフィス・住宅と様々な用途が混在する豊かな地区へと成長してきた。その多種多様な人々が生活する場所として、クリエイティブで楽しいハプニングが起こる場所を目指した。"オフィスビルのエントランス"という価値観ではなく、"公園の中にあるオフィス"として価値構築を行なった。埋立地というドライな基盤を、潤う風が吹き抜け人々の活動を誘発する"Forest Park"として生まれ変わらせた。四季折々の風と風景が、大人から子どもまで色々な人に発見と安らぎを与える空間。
